At iDV we offer an economical alternative to the expensive range of video cameras currently being sold in Australia. We source from leading manufacturers around the world to bring you the latest and greatest in small waterproof video cameras.

Our customers use our cameras on Bicycles, Mountain Bikes, Motorbikes, and any Action Sports where small light weight and waterproof video cameras are needed.

Warranty

12 months manufacturers warranty on any cameras found to have a manufacturing fault. Any standard or optional accessories are not covered by warranty.

All warranty claims will require proof of purchase by the submission of an authentic iDV invoice.

All warranty claims for faulty Cameras will be submitted to the original manufacturer for inspection and acceptance and if accepted by the original manufacturer the Camera will either be repaired or replaced. As the manufacturer is not located in Australia, at least one calendar month must be allowed for all warranty claims

In order to avoid undue delays we require you to contact us by email (enquiries@idv.net.au) and explain the problem, as it may be and easy fix.

All warranties are considered null and void should there be evidence that the equipment has been tampered with or abused through reckless use.

This warranty supersedes all other warrantees so given by any persons stated or implied. We do not authorize any person or company to make, change or imply our conditions of warranty described herein, nor do we accept any liability for such statements made or implied.

Warning

All cameras and associated accessories contain small parts and should be kept out of the reach of children.

Some accessories contain sharp pins for attaching to clothing. Extreme caution should be taken when using these accessories

iDV will not be held responsible for any accidental injury as a result of using any camera or its accessories.

Shipping

Within Australia

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive. Delivery within Australia is free of charge and included within the purchase price.

All orders will be despatched within 2 to 3 working days. Where stock is not available there may be a delay of 15 working days before despatch

Delivery within Australia is by Australia Parcel Post and shipments will be deemed as delivered by confirmation from Australia Post. If required proof of delivery will be made available upon request. Any other delivery alternatives such as Registered Post and Goods Insurance must be confirmed with iDV before purchase. Please contact us through idv.net.au/enquiries for these increased shipping cost details. We will not supply to any areas not serviced by Australia Post.
